I'm sorry to say I had to increase the shipping costs due to eBay's new policy of uploading tracking info.. Before on smaller items i could do free shipping or shipping etc. and put the decal in an envelope with a stamp and send it on it's way... I tried to explain to no avail that it was going to do more harm than good for my customers.. I wish they would give up trying to re-invent the wheel.
